MediPeds Coolmax cushioned crew socks

Coolmax knitted into a cushioned everyday crew, three pairs to a packet, white or black, in two shoe-size ranges. Coolmax moves moisture out through the yarn rather than holding it against the skin, which is a different job from cushioning and worth separating before you choose.

An ordinary knit holds damp against the skin, and this is the pair for a foot that runs hot in a closed shoe through a whole day. The sole is padded, so it takes up more room than the thin dress crew on the same shelf and grips the inside of a shoe better. Between the two, the shoe decides: a trainer or a walking shoe takes this one, a smart lace-up takes the thin one.

One of 5 on the cushioned and cooling socks shelf in MediPeds socks. It also answers to diabetic socks, crew socks, coolmax and sorbtek socks. If you want to know how often the figures on this page are refreshed, that is set out on how we update the catalogue.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. A sock is a sock: a non-binding top and a smooth toe seam are ways of knitting a cuff and a seam, not a treatment, and nothing here diagnoses, prevents or relieves anything. If your feet have lost feeling, if a sore is not healing, or if a doctor has asked you to wear a fitted compression stocking, that conversation belongs with them and not with a catalogue.
