What we can answer

Which shoe sizes a pack is cut for, how many pairs are in it, where the cushion sits, how high a quarter sock comes up the ankle, what the difference between two lines is, and anything on a page here that looks wrong. Corrections are the letters we like best.

What we cannot

Orders, delivery dates, exchanges and refunds. All of those are handled where the order was placed, by our retail partner, and a letter to us only adds a day.

What we will not

Tell you which sock to wear for a foot that has lost feeling, or whether to keep wearing one your doctor has questioned. We knit socks and we write about how they are knitted; the foot in front of you is a conversation for the person who can look at it.
