MediPeds Non-binding crew socks with cushion, Men 12-15

The crew in men 12-15, white with a grey heel, four pairs to a packet. A large foot is where a non-binding sock gets hardest to find and where the wrong one does the most damage, because a cuff stretched to its limit on a big calf is the cuff that presses.

The grey shows where the padding runs, and the yarn under it is knitted to resist the rubbing that starts a hot spot, which is worth knowing if these are going into work boots. Where the calf rather than the foot is what stops an ordinary sock, this is not the answer: the extra wide crew is knitted with more room round the leg at the same shoe sizes.

One of 4 on the non-binding crew socks shelf in the MediPeds selection. It also answers to diabetic socks, crew socks, nanoglide socks. If you want to know how often the figures on this page are refreshed, that is set out on how we update the catalogue.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. A sock is a sock: a non-binding top and a smooth toe seam are ways of knitting a cuff and a seam, not a treatment, and nothing here diagnoses, prevents or relieves anything. If your feet have lost feeling, if a sore is not healing, or if a doctor has asked you to wear a fitted compression stocking, that conversation belongs with them and not with a catalogue.
