MediPeds NanoGLIDE non-binding quarter socks

NanoGLIDE at the quarter height, in black, four pairs, cut for men 12-15. NanoGLIDE is knitted to move against itself instead of against your heel, which is what friction is and what a blister comes from.

It is a small packet answering a specific complaint: the same shoes rubbing the same spot every week on a large foot. A yarn cannot fix a shoe half a size too big, and a heel travelling with every step will rub whatever is on it — what changes here is the rubbing a properly fitting shoe still produces over a long day. At the quarter height the top edge lands on a boot collar, so in boots take the crew.

One of 5 on the cushioned and cooling socks shelf in the MediPeds shelves. It also answers to diabetic socks, quarter socks, nanoglide socks. If you want to know how often the figures on this page are refreshed, that is set out on how we update the catalogue.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. A sock is a sock: a non-binding top and a smooth toe seam are ways of knitting a cuff and a seam, not a treatment, and nothing here diagnoses, prevents or relieves anything. If your feet have lost feeling, if a sore is not healing, or if a doctor has asked you to wear a fitted compression stocking, that conversation belongs with them and not with a catalogue.
